Fatty acids, what are they?
Lipids are made up of two main families of fatty acids:
-Saturated fatty acids found mainly in animal fats such as meat or cheese, vegetable fats, but also increasingly in industrial ready meals. These fats are often not recommended because, consumed in excess, they bring bad cholesterol.

What are omega-3s used for?
